Let me take this opportunity to thank you for the Golden Triangle Tour that I had with your company from December 26-31, 2009. I know I must have been a hard customer to please, and you succeeded.
Sure, there have been some glitches. But regardless, I think what counts most is your hands-on commitment to customer service. I said I was interested to watch some kusti matches at Jama Masjid, and when there weren't any, you took the initiative to have me brought to the famous Guru Hanuman Akhara. And that makes up the difference vs. dealing with just the staff of a big tour group. For my constructive criticism, I think the challenge for improvement is to be able to inculcate your level of customer service orientation to your staff and subcontractors. I wish you all the best in that regard, and once again I thank you for the nice tour experience.
